Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, PitchBlessed may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping discounts will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.
International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the shipping packaging
- A brief description of the damage
Our team will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately due to:

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries.
There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
Customs & Import Regulations
